No appointment, no deposit — check in and we take you as soon as a chair opens. Walk-ins aren't prioritized and depend on stylist availability.
Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit reserves your seat — paid as part of booking, and it comes off your total.
Reschedule
Free up to 48 hours before. Later than that, or a no-show, and the deposit is kept.
Arrive prepared
Hair must arrive washed & blow-dried. Not blow-dried adds $20; tangled adds $50.
Running late
We hold your seat 15 minutes. After that, late arrivals are charged $5 per 5 minutes — long styles need every planned hour.
Paying the balance
In cash or by Zelle to 651‑238‑0698, at the appointment. Braiding hair is included in every price — nothing extra to buy.
